Delayed in transit/No tracking info.

All orders will be shipped with a valid tracking number. A carrier investigation will be filed if orders have a longer delay, if carrier considered parcel was lost, we will either reship or refund as requested by buyers.

Destroyed in transit

We will file parcel damage claim, will either reship or refund as requested by buyers.

Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)

If the order return is due to the buyer's responsibility (such as an incorrect address or the buyer's refusal of the package), we will arrange a refund but deduct the original shipping fee. If the return of the package is not the buyer's responsibility, we will provide a full refund.

Delivered but not received

If item was not received but shows delivered, please check your mail box, neighbors or verify with household members who may have accepted the delivery. Sometimes you may need to wait for more days that some carriers did confirm delivery first but deliver later. If shipped with Fedex or UPS, tracking info normally will show the delivered location image which will help to locate the parcel. In the meantime, we will file parcel lost claim. It will take some time to get an update, we will either reship or refund as requested by buyers.

Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories

If an item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item (including not as described), then pictures of the item will be required. To speed the process up, please provide all photos before submitting the refund request. Returns for damaged goods are required. After an item has been returned back, we will confirm whether or not the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong item (including not as described). Once confirmed, the order will be refunded.
