  • Return & refund application needs to be filed within 30 days from the delivered date.

  • If the item was delivered damaged or defective, you will need to return them, and we will provide a return label.

Delayed in transit/No tracking info.

If the logistics information is not updated for more than 7 working days (counting from the time of feedback tracking number), the buyer should contact us through Doba account for a solution. Note: This clause does not apply to special times/periods such as holidays, COVID-19, abnormal weather or other abnormal circumstances.

Destroyed in transit

If the goods are damaged in transit, i.e. the tracking shows that damage occurred in transit, the buyer can claim a refund and return the goods using the tracking screenshot as evidence.

Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)

We do not accept unreasonable returns or exchanges. Any return must be submitted by contacting our email address ([email protected]). If the tracking number shows that the order is returned to the sender after we accept the return, the buyer can request a full refund.

Delivered but not received

If the shipping time exceeds the expected delivery time by 7 days or more and the supplier fails to provide proof of delivery, the buyer should contact us via Doba account.

Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories

After receiving the package, the buyer finds that there is any quality problem of the goods, and needs to ask for refund with photos or videos as evidence before returning the goods. If we accept the return request, please return the goods and update the logistics information within 7 days. Otherwise we have reason to refuse the package. In the case of a defective bike, we will issue you a 100% refund after you return the bike in good condition.
