For orders returned without reason, our overseas warehouse can assist distributors by receiving the goods, performing repackaging, and reshipping them. Please message us for more information.
- Return & refund application needs to be filed within 30 days from the delivered date.
- We accept order cancellation requests prior to shipment. (We will attempt to have the warehouse cancel the order, but successful cancellation cannot be guaranteed.)
- We don’t accept non-defective remorse returns.
- If the item was delivered damaged or defective, you will need to return them, and we will provide a return label.
- We can offer warranties to retailers in 90 days after the purchase of goods.
Delayed in transit/No tracking info.
If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 15 business days (from the time shipping label created in the logistics website):
1) The order will full refund within 15 business days since order refund requested.
2) The order will re-delivery within 15 business days as retailer's requests.
Note: this clause is not applicable for special time/periods such as holidays, covid-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.
Destroyed in transit
If the order is damaged in transit, with valid proof provided.
1) Order will full refund within 15 business days since order refund requested.
2) Order will re-delivery within 15 business days as retailer's requests.

Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)
If tracking shows the order returned to supplier's warehouse:
1) Order will full refund within 15 business days after the returned product being delivered.
2) Order will re-delivery within 15 business days after the returned product being delivered.
Delivered but not received
If the order shows delivered on logistic website but not received:
1) If the delivered address is different from the shipping address left on orders, and checked wrongly address the carrier delivered, the order will full refund within 15 business days/re-delivery within 15 business days as retailer's request.
2) If the delivered address is the same as the shipping address left on orders, and supplier will only provide proof of delivery.
Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories
If the packages/goods ordered have issues (damaged/broken/stains/minor/scratch/poor quality/not as described/wrong item received, missing item etc.) , with valid proof provided:
1) Suppliers request to return and refund:
Order will full refund within 15 business days after the returned product being delivered.
2) Suppliers request to return and re-delivery:
Order will re-delivery within 15 business days after the returned product being delivered.
3) Suppliers don't request return any more:
Order will full refund within 15 business days/re-delivery within 15 business days.
Valid Proof: photos/video of issued goods and photos of package with label.
For Functional/Quality Issues: Returns arising from functional or quality defects (e.g., part mismatch, missing stands, lights not working) will qualify for a free replacement or a return shipping fee refund upon providing proof (images/videos).
For No-Reason Returns: Our Atlanta warehouse can receive and hold items returned without reason. Storage and shelving fees are waived for the first 3 months from the receipt date. Beyond this period, we are not responsible for storage. If repacking is necessary due to damaged packaging, a packaging fee (charged at cost) will apply. To reship returned items, drop shipping fee must be paid (waived for self-pickup). We can also assist in reselling the product. Once sold, the customer need only pay the packaging fee (if any) and the round-trip shipping costs (waived for self-pickup) before, our company will refund the product costs.
For Address Issues/Refusals: All costs associated with returns due to incorrect addresses, recipient refusal, or intercepted shipments will be borne by the customer.
Return Tracking Number: For any return, the corresponding product return tracking number must be provided. The return is considered valid only upon confirmed receipt by our overseas warehouse.
Important Notice: Claims for product quality, shipping issues, or no-reason returns must be filed within one month from the shipment date. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed.
