Special Conditions for Non Defective Remorse Return policy

Non-defective remorse returns are accepted under the following conditions: 1. The item must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging with all tags and accessories attached, and in resalable condition. Used, installed, damaged, or incomplete items will not be accepted. 2. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested and approved by the supplier before returning any item. The return address must be confirmed by the supplier in writing. Packages returned without a valid RMA number or to an unconfirmed address will not be accepted or refunded. 3. The retailer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method. The supplier is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. 4. The following items are NOT eligible for non-defective remorse returns: intimate apparel and underwear, food and dietary supplements, personal care and hygiene products, customized or personalized products, and any item with broken seals or opened original packaging. 5. Returned items must be shipped within 15 calendar days of RMA approval. 6. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after the returned goods are received and confirmed in resalable condition. A 30% restocking and repacking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 7. Partial returns are not accepted. Orders containing multiple items or sets must be returned in their entirety.

Delayed in transit/No tracking info.

If tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 business days (calculated from the date of actual carrier pickup, not from label creation): 1) The order will be fully refunded within 3 business days after the refund request is submitted and verified. 2) If the retailer requests redelivery for a dropshipping order where the supplier is responsible for shipping logistics and the package is lost in transit, the supplier will initiate redelivery free of charge within 5 business days after confirming upstream inventory availability. Note: This policy does not apply during exceptional periods, including but not limited to public holidays, peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Chinese New Year), pandemics, extreme weather, customs inspections, flight delays, destination-country logistics strikes, port congestion, or other force majeure events that disrupt normal logistics operations.

Destroyed in transit

If the order is damaged during transit and the retailer provides valid proof: 1) The order will be fully refunded within 3 business days after the refund request and evidence are verified. 2) If the retailer requests redelivery, the supplier will initiate redelivery within 5 business days after confirming upstream inventory availability. 3) The supplier reserves the right to seek compensation from the logistics carrier for transit damage. The retailer is required to cooperate by providing photos of the damaged product, outer packaging, and unboxing video. If the retailer refuses to cooperate, the supplier may delay the refund until sufficient evidence is provided. Valid Evidence: Screenshot of damage indication from the logistics website, OR photos/videos of the damaged product and outer packaging.

Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)

1) Order will full refund within 3 business days after the returned product being delivered. 2) Order will re-delivery within 3-5 business days after the returned product being delivered.

Delivered but not received

If the order shows as delivered on the logistics website but the retailer claims non-receipt: 1) If the delivery address differs from the shipping address on the order due to an incorrect carrier delivery address, the order will be fully refunded within 3 business days or redelivered within 5 business days, as requested by the retailer. 2) If the delivery address matches the shipping address on the order, and the supplier provides valid proof of delivery (including but not limited to logistics signature records, delivery GPS coordinates, signature photos, or doorman/property-management receipt records), the retailer shall file a "non-receipt" investigation with the logistics carrier. The investigation period is 5 business days. The supplier will assist in providing evidence but shall not be directly responsible for issuing a refund during the investigation period. If the logistics investigation confirms the package is lost, it will be handled under the lost-in-transit policy. 3) If the supplier cannot provide valid proof of delivery within 3 business days, the case will be handled under scenario 1 above. 4) If the logistics investigation concludes "successfully delivered" (including delivery to neighbors, doormen, or property management), the supplier is not responsible for a refund, and the retailer shall verify with the recipient or authorized party directly.

Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories

If the packages/goods ordered have issues (damaged/broken/stains/minor/scratch/poor quality/not as described/wrong item received, missing item etc.) , with valid proof provided: 1) Supplier does not require return (default option): The order will be fully refunded within 3 business days, or redelivered within 5 business days as requested by the retailer. 2) Supplier requires return and refund: The goods must be returned to the supplier's designated upstream warehouse (address to be confirmed by the supplier). The order will be fully refunded within 3 business days after the returned goods are delivered and confirmed in good condition. 3) Supplier requires return and redelivery: The goods must be returned to the supplier's designated upstream warehouse. The order will be redelivered within 5 business days after the returned goods are delivered and confirmed. 4) For missing items or accessories, the supplier reserves the right to reship only the missing portion instead of issuing a full refund or reshipping the entire order. 5) For minor cosmetic issues such as light scratches or stains that do not affect the product's normal functionality, the supplier reserves the right to offer a partial refund (10%-30% of the product value, based on the severity of the issue) instead of a full refund. If the buyer rejects this partial refund offer, the buyer must provide complete supporting materials, including photos of the defective area, outer packaging and shipping label. After verification, the supplier may issue a full refund without product return. 6) For "significantly not as described" disputes, the product description and images published on the product detail page shall prevail. If the actual goods from the upstream supplier differ from the description, the supplier will verify and negotiate a solution with the retailer. Valid Evidence: Photos/videos of the product issue taken by the retailer at the time of receipt (must include photos of the outer packaging and product details; unboxing video is recommended). The supplier reserves the right to request pre-shipment photos from the upstream supplier for cross-verification. If the upstream supplier cannot provide pre-shipment photos, the retailer's receipt evidence shall be used as the basis for determination.
