- Return & refund application needs to be filed within 30 days from the delivered date.
- We accept order cancellation requests prior to shipment. (We will attempt to have the warehouse cancel the order, but successful cancellation cannot be guaranteed.)

- If the item was delivered damaged or defective, you will need to return them, and we will provide a return label.
- We don't offer warranties to retailers.

If no tracking update for 10 business days (from carrier's pickup confirmation):
1.Refund processed within 5 business days after carrier's delay verification
2.Redelivery option available (at retailer's discretion) within 5-7 business days
Note: Force majeure events include but are not limited to: government actions, natural disasters, epidemics, or transportation strikes. Seller may request extension by providing evidence.
Destroyed in transit
If the order is confirmed damaged or lost during transit (with valid proof):
1.Full refund within 5 business days after carrier's confirmation or clear evidence.
2.Redelivery option (if requested by retailer) within 5-7 business days.
Valid Proof Includes:
Official damage/loss report from the carrier.
Photo/video evidence of damaged packaging & product (verified by retailer).
Note: If the carrier disputes the claim, resolution may require additional investigation time.
Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)
Returned to Sender (excluding incorrect shipping address provided by buyer)
If tracking confirms the order is returned to the supplier's warehouse:
1.Refund:
Full refund (minus shipping costs, if applicable) within 5 business days after inspecting the returned item.
If the return is due to seller's error (e.g., wrong address), full refund including shipping.
2.Redelivery:
Optional, at retailer's discretion, within 5-7 business days after return confirmation.
Exceptions:
No refund if the product is damaged/missing due to buyer's actions (e.g., refused delivery).
Delays may occur if further verification is needed.
Delivered but not received
If the tracking shows "delivered" but the buyer claims non-receipt:
1.If delivered to a wrong address (confirmed by carrier investigation):
Full refund within 5 business days, or redelivery within 5-7 business days (retailer's choice).
2.If delivered to the correct address:
Supplier provides proof of delivery (e.g., signature, photo).
No refund unless the buyer provides evidence of non-delivery (e.g., police report for theft).
Note:
For high-value items (>$100), signature confirmation or photo proof is required for delivery.
Claims must be filed within 7 days of marked delivery.
Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories
If the received items are damaged, flawed, incorrect, or not as described (with valid proof):
1.Return & Refund (Supplier-requested return):
Full refund within 5 bus iness days after receiving and inspecting the return.
Return shipping cost covered by supplier if the issue is their fault.
2.Return & Redelivery (Supplier-requested exchange):
Replacement shipped within 5-7 business days after return confirmation.
3.No Return Required (Supplier discretion):
Refund or reshipment within 5 business days (for low-cost items only).
Valid Proof: Clear photos/video showing the issue (unopened packaging if possible).
Notes:
High-value claims (>$100) may require third-party inspection.
Buyer must report issues within 7 days of delivery.
