Delayed in transit/No tracking info.

If the shipment remains unclaimed for pickup beyond the respective platform's stipulated time limit, the manufacturer shall resend the goods free of charge under the original tracking number for one time only. No further reshipment will be provided if the tracking information still fails to update after resending. (This issue is generally caused by logistics faults or invalid customer addresses. We suggest either changing the shipping label or processing a full refund for buyers. Certain US addresses can generate tracking numbers, yet parcels cannot be physically dispatched.) Note: this clause is not applicable for special time/periods such as holidays, covid-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.

Destroyed in transit

For self-pickup orders, the retailer shall be responsible for and handle any shipping damage to the products. For free-shipping orders, the supplier shall be responsible for any shipping damage to the products, and shall provide either a full refund or a one-time replacement.

Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)

If customers refuse delivery resulting in goods returned to origin, and the returned items pass warehouse inspection for resale restocking, the manufacturer shall fully refund the payment to distributors, while last-mile shipping fees shall be borne solely by distributors.

Delivered but not received

If the order shows delivered on logistic website but not received: 1) If the delivered address is different from the shipping address left on orders, and checked wrongly address the carrier delivered, the order will full refund within 3 business days/re-delivery within 5 business days as retailer's request. 2) If the delivered address is the same as the shipping address left on orders, and supplier will only provide proof of delivery.

Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories

If the packages/goods ordered have issues (damaged/broken/stains/minor/scratch/poor quality/not as described/wrong item received, missing item etc.) , with valid proof provided: Suppliers don't request return any more: Order will full refund within 3 business days/re-delivery within 3-5 business days. Valid Proof: photos/video of issued goods and photos of package with label.
